info about our cold room polyurethane panel
We are a
professional supplier & exporter of prefab polyurethane insulation modular cold room
panel of walk-in cooler panel and
walk-in freezer panel in China. Various sizes
of best quality cold room panels for walk-in cooler
and walk-in freezer are available for the
installation of walk-in coolers & walk-in
freezers. The joint design of
the modular coldroom panel is made with tongue and groove edges and are
locked together with cam lock design fasteners
built in the sandwich panel.
Cold room designer and manufacturer can easily assemble and
install the cold rooms by themselves. Or when
users want to move the walk-in cooler or
walk-in
freezer to another place, the cold room panels
of polyurethane foaming panel (PUF panel) can
be easily disassembled with a hex wrench and
re-installed. The prefab modular fabrication
cold room panel is made of different dimensions which makes it quite flexible for
constructing different sizes of walk-in cold store
plant and refrigerated machinery warehouse. All cold store
plant & equipment sandwich panels are injected with 100%
high density polyurethane foaming material with an average density of 40kg/m3
firmly glued to the metal surfaces (optional
precoated cold rolled steel sheet, embossed aluminum
sheet, stainless steel sheet) for perfect sealing of
refrigerated warehouse & walk-in cold rooms. We
have two options of insulation panel material which
can be full polyurethane panel (100% PUF panel) or
XPS + PU panel(composite panel).
The XPS + PU panel is our factory's unique foaming
technology to make the excellent insulation
efficiency and make much more cost saving on price.

Panels are
joined together by means of tongue and groove and
locked together by camlock on each side of the panel
to ensure air tight joints.
* High density
thermo insulated panel up to 40kg/m3 or above for perfect cold-room
heat insulation efficiency
* Low
flammable PU foaming material is used in the
coldroom panel
* Cam-lock
design fastener to install cold room tightly and strongly
for most convenient cold room installation
* Magnetic gaskets
are used on the panel edge of the joint parts of each sandwich panel to ensure perfect sealing
to avoid the cooling air leakage from the cool
room or moisture inside the PU insulated panel for
the best refrigeration and frozen storage result
Polyurethane
sandwiched panels with 100% polyurethane
insulation foamed by high pressure or XPS + PU
sandwich panel with specific standard
dimensions. Standard width of the sandwich
panels is
based on a
multiple 295.3 mm. The maximum length of the cold
room panel is 12 meters. Non-standard size PU
insulation panels are also
available upon request.

Various Panel
thickness
Thickness
from 50mm to 150mm of walk-in freezer & cooler
panels is available. You shall choose the
appropriate cold room panel thickness based on the
room temperature to be maintained and outside design
condition of ambient temperature.

Home Appliances Quality Inspection Center and up
to the Standard JB/6527-92 (Modular Cold Room
Insulation Sandwich Panel Technical
Specification).
2. Our
walk-in cooler & walk in freezer polyurethane
slab panel is up
to the B1 Flammable Class of Standard GB8624-1997
(Construction Material Flammable Class Method)
3. The
heat-exchange ratio of the sandwich panel (PU
insulated panel) is up to the requirement of
Standard BD10297-88.
4. The cold
storage room panel is durable in use, color lasting & coated
layer keeping.
5. The
walk-in freezer & cooler coldroom panel is
made with Bayer polyurethane material by high
pressure foaming production. The cold room
panel density is up to 40kg/m3 or above.
6. The
internal cold room floor panel of our walk in
coolers and walk in freezers is made by 1.2mm
thickness zinc
coated panel and durable for anti-scratch.
7. The
hinged cold room door panel of our walk-in cooler
& freezer cold-room is made by
heavy duty door hinge, heavy duty door lock and
hydraulic door closer.
8. The
connection of our cold room panels are made with
PE sealing rubber which is with high quality
sealing to avoid cold air leakage from the cool
room and to avoid moisture to be absorbed by the PUF
sandwich panel thus reducing the panel insulation
efficiency.
9. The
connection of our walk-in cooler & freezer
cold room slab is
with tongue and groove cam lock construction and ex-centric
fastener for tight connection and perfect
sealing of the cold room. The PUF panel is fully interchangeable for fast and easy assembly
