The project plans to construct a
cold storage plant
with capacity of 100 thousand tons for processing
and storage of vegetables, fish, crabs, and meat.
(2). Market analysis
The project will be built in the area where we have
sufficient source of supply of vegetables, fish,
crabs and meat, and where transportation is
convenient, and power is ensured. The products will
be supplied to armies.
(3). Investment
Total investment needs USD 66 million, including
USD39 million for fixed assets, USD 20 million for
equipment and USD 7 million for working capital.
(4).Profit analysis
In normal production year, the
cold storage plant
will process 100 thousand tons of vegetables, fish,
crabs and meat. Sale income will be 250 million yuan,
tax and profit 35 million yuan. It will also provide
2000 people for working opportunities.
